Chef Hope was great. It was lots of fun. She was flexible and adaptable to a less than timely group and made sure everyone participating had a good time. The menu was ok. The skewers were my least favorite…. Kinda random but it was a fun experience. The potatoes bravas were the best part.

Loved this class and the dumplings turned out amazing! The only thing I would say is that the class didn’t start on time and there was only 3 burners so the class definitely went longer than 2 hours. Otherwise, the chef was great and it was a good experience. I would definitely go to another class again.
