Chef Hidaki was fantastic! He was super patient, answered every question, and made sure everyone nailed each step while making three different rolls (one vegetarian). You get a ton of food to eat, so bring a tupperware container for leftovers!

Class was a great experience, my class had friendly people, and the class was organized and easy to follow would definite recommend to someone else or take another class!

I am Celiac and had planned the class for my husband. I notified the class ahead of time about my dx & that I would not be eating just enjoying time with my spouse but the instructor took it upon himself to provide me with a Celiac safe options, cooking methods, & reduce cross contamination. I appreciate the attention & support for my disease, awareness, & our couple experience. Thank you!!

The class was very fun and the sushi was delicious. Chef Hideki was a great teacher as he first showed us how to make the sushi and then he had us try our hand at it. He also came around and gave help to anyone who needed it. The portions were generous...in fact we could not eat all of the sushi we made. We were too full. I would take another class with Chef Hideki.
