This was a great class; informative, fun, low-stress, and plenty to eat. I would definitely recommend this as an Intro to Sushi for anyone who's interested. Chef Hideki is a sincere instructor who was very thoughtful and helpful when responding to questions.

Chef and Carmen were wonderful! Very thorough and everything was set up perfectly. Chef was great at explaining everything and why things were done a certain way. The sushi was delicious!

Chef Hideki and his wife Carmen hosted such a fun class. We learned 3 different types of dumplings and even had a chance for 1:1 help with Chef. My cousin and I had a great time!!

Great time, food was super good explained and helped us a lot, only thing that was bad was we started late and hot in the room. But besides that I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
