Chef J has been recognized as a 2017 Black Enterprise Man of Distinction and has appeared on national shows including Dr. OZ, ABC’s The Chew, Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen, and Beat Bobby Flay. He is also a regular food expert on Fox, ABC, MSNBC, and NBC morning shows. Chef J’s innovative creations gained national attention when Everything Legendary, a company he helped launch, struck a deal on Shark Tank with Mark Cuban, bringing his vegan burger to hundreds of grocery stores nationwide. He currently serves as an executive chef for a fast-casual restaurant group valued at $100 million and has built a social media following of over half a million through his passion for food and engaging content.

this was a fun class and I really enjoyed it. The only thing I would recommend is that there be gloves to wear when working with the food. I even wear gloves at my home when cooking, and being in a group of people, where you are taking turns handling food, gloves should be worn even for sanitation purposes. The chef DID ask that everyone please wash their hands, but I feel the gloves would be a great health benefit when handling food.
