He has been trained under 4 famous chefs in local restaurant in DMV area: Nakazima (kushi), Mori Munehiro (Imm Thai & Sushi Lounge), Alex (Zento) and Peter (Yume). Chef Made will teach you not only how to prepare a delectable way of pop-able sushi morsels but also how to make them correctly.

We loved our class and instructor! Directions were clear, questions were all answered patiently and helpfully, and the food was amazing. We learned a lot and would definitely recommend this experience to anybody considering it. It makes for a perfect date night or night out with friends.

Chef Made was very attentive, kind and clearly skilled! You walk away with all the knowledge you need to make basic rolls at home. I highly recommend doing this class for a girls night, date night or solo date if you can challenge yourself to be chatty enough to make some new friends.
