Chef Troy is a seasoned culinary professional with over 30 years of experience in management, teaching, and training. Formally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, he has built a career dedicated to both culinary excellence and education. He currently serves as the Culinary Coordinator for C-CAP, overseeing programs in Washington, D.C., Prince George’s County, Baltimore City, Miami, and the Houston Public School District. In addition, he is the Executive Chef at Grace’s Event Center in Waldorf, where he continues to bring his passion for food and mentorship to the forefront.

Great experience! Chef Troy was very thorough in his instructions, learned some fundamentals in the kitchen & we had a great time. The recipes were simple for first timers to not be overwhelmed to keep it a fun experience. If you followed Chef Troy's instructions, your finished dishes should have turned out tasty. I would most definitely recommend this experience to friends & family.
