Their deep knowledge of global flavors, combined with a dedication to the artistry of cooking, continues to inspire and delight diners.

Chef Juliard enjoys spending time with his family of two young sons Eli and Flynn and is wife Michelle who is a long time teacher for RISD. He is originally from Los Angeles but calls Texas his home for over 30 years.

It was great he even showed me how to make a special roll and im 11 so it was great and entertaining for kids my age. So if any one else had a much fun as me they are big sushi lovers 😋.
