I loved this class! Chef Sean made something that would seem hard to do very easy & so delicious! He demonstrated everything clearly and we were easily able to make the pasta ourselves! He constantly gave helpful tips as he taught. Chef Sean also was very knowledgeable about all of his ingredients, and their origin. Chef Sean also expertly answered all of our questions! I was amazed at how delicious homemade pasta can be! I definitely recommend this class for anyone who loves pasta and would like to learn how to make it!

This class was informative and fun! Chef Sean is knowledgeable about the history of the dish and has excellent culinary experience. The pesto and pasta were delicious and there's leftover to take home for our next meal!
