To summarize: It was really great. My previous attempt at making sushi was an abysmal failure. It turns out I knew nothing about what kind of rice to buy what ingredients to use how to cook the rice, the best knife to use, how to prepare the ingredients, roll and cut sushi and so much more. Now I do. Not only was Cregg a great and conscientious teacher, but the results were delicious. Now I'm ready to embark on my own. Highly recommended!

Chef Cregg is the best!!! Decided to do this class with friends for my birthday and it was amazing!! Chef Cregg is knowledgeable, fun, understanding and most important displayed patience!! The finished project was 🔥🔥 I will be back to take another cooking class with chef Cregg!

The chef was super friendly and explained all details about how to prepare a good sushi with the correct ingredients and a good technique to do the rolls, the place was cleaned and sanitized to manipulate food. It was an amazing experience. We really enjoyed with me wife. Thx

Perfect experience! A great date night, Chef Cregg Green is so knowledgable and fun, the perfect host. We each made multiple (individual size) pizzas and *then* we got to eat them in class, absolutely delicious! And we got to take home pizza dough, (that we made in class), enough for 2 future pizzas. Very reasonably priced as well, we were thrilled and we will definitely be back. 5 out of 5 stars!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but this was definitely so much more fun than I had anticipated. Would definitely recommend! The chef answered every question, and very knowledgeable in food. It’s a must try event!

I love to cook and am fairly adept in most cuisines but haven’t tackled sushi! Cregg was superb! He was extremely knowledgeable in so many aspects of cooking that went beyond sushi! The simple task of making sushi rice was an eye opener!
I enjoyed the class so much that I’m going to sign up my two adult children! Thank you again for Cregg and the insightful experience!
