This was an amazing class. Chef V was a great teacher and the class was very informative. I will definitely be trying this recipe at home and showing off my new skills. Amazing class produced an amazing meal.

Chef v was fun to learn from

What a truly wonderful experience. I recommend for anyone wanting to noot only learn how to prepare from scratch the best gnocchi you've ever tasted, but to understand what makes the gnocchi and the sauce partner together perfectly, you GOT to take this class. Chef V is both engaging, entertaining, and a culinary expert. Truly one of the best things I've ever done. Can't wait to schedule my next class. Superb!

We had so much fun and really did learn a recipe that I can do at home! Loved the instructors and loved the interaction, everything was delicious!

Chef Veronica and son put on a wonderful experience for us I really liked the way she did it. We watched her do it first and she let us see carefully each step of how she was doing it. She let us know only see things but touch them too. We learned the steps and the order to do it in and then how to do each step. Then we were able to do it ourselves and my partner and I were able to do it very well and feel very successful! Then we got to eat it and it was delicious!

The class was wonderful. Chef V. demonstrated to us and allowed us to feel and practice with her prior to doing it ourselves. She was personable and fun. It was a great class and the Gnocchi was exquisite.

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in this class. Making gnocchi was clearly described, and the demonstrations were very helpful. We can't wait to make this at home. We enjoyed Chef V and her sister, Chef R!
