We had so much fun and really did learn a recipe that I can do at home! Loved the instructors and loved the interaction, everything was delicious!

Veronica was very informative and helpful. She created a friendly environment that allowed for our own method while showing us the baseline effectively. My experience is very positive and may take other courses because of this class.

What a fun experience with Chef Veronica. She was amazing. Great chef and teacher. We enjoyed how simple it was to learn how to make gnocchi and she made it interesting with the history and background of the recipe. Would highly recommend this experience.

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in this class. Making gnocchi was clearly described, and the demonstrations were very helpful. We can't wait to make this at home. We enjoyed Chef V and her sister, Chef R!

Chef Veronica's culinary expertise is very evident in the way she teaches this class. It as a wonderful experience, great fun and the Gnocchi was amazing. The recipe was easy to duplicate and authentic. She shared many tips to help develop our cooking skills in the kitchen. I highly recommend this class as well as any class that she is teaching. Chef Veronica was awesome! She very clearly explained what we were going to do and gave us a demonstration so we knew what would happen. She suggested different ways to eat the gnocchi and different types of sauces. She checked on us quite often in case we had questions. She’s also very funny! It was a really fun experience! I would’ve enjoyed it even without having my friends there. It was good to meet new people and they were very nice. The place was easy to find, roomy and the restrooms were clean. Great experience! I hope to attend another class soon.
