It was an amazing experience! It was fun! We meet other people and learned different techniques.

I loved this class! The chef was very attentive to everyone!

The instructor was great. Making sure the steps are clear to all and going around to see we’re on the right track. The place was inviting and felt good. We made more sushi than we thought we will and eating eat was delicious and awesome. Would be good to stress in the emails that people should arrive on time or before l, that’ll help the class. Otherwise great time was had!

Chef Vic was great! He was so informative as he explained all the components of the featured dish. Not only is he knowledgeable but also passionate as he demonstrates the recipe. It was truly a fun experience. I want to go to another one of his classes. FYI- If you’re a wine drinker, definitely BYOB, glasses and a wine bottle opener if needed. Thank you Chef Vic!

Vic was excellent. He made sure that every person in the class received guidance for each step. He has a jovial attitude and is open to questions, but also keeps on track to make sure you learn what you need to in the allotted time.

This experince was so informative, fun, and inviting. Chef Vic provided tips and tricks to apply the information learned in class in a way it could be duplicated at home. He used purposeful pauses to allow you to talk to your partner. He even remembered the students names. The best part was him allowing you to taste his creations. I would highly recommend taking one of Chef Vic’s classes.
