I honestly have very bad attention/focus difficulties but I had a great time and this was a perfect date night/birthday surprise for my boyfriend. BYOB and getting to watch my boyfriend put food together was top notch

Loved the paella! Instructions from Chef Vic were clear and interactions with the class was fun. We opted to cook ours without the chorizo (pork) and the shrimp, just with the chicken. Delicious! Great date night with my husband to celebrate his birthday. Thanks, Chef!!!
