It was a great class! Chef Vic was very informative and helpful. We greatly enjoyed our time.

My husband took me to this class for a surprise date night and we had the best time. Chef Vic is AMAZING, not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and organized but he is also so personable and fun to talk to and learn from. Thank you again for an awesome experience!

Chef was kind, funny , and professional. He carefully demonstrated each step and answered all the questions raised by students . The group was very friendly and helpful and the setting was also nice . The Spanish Paella we cooked was super delicious.This is our first cooking class and truly exceeded our expectations and enjoyed !!

This class was amazing!! Chef Vic was great in every way. He was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, organized, and attentive. He made the class very fun and light hearted so it was suitable for all skill levels. I would definitely recommend and will be back for another class!

Chef Victor was exceptional, he was so thorough and caring in how he approached the class and our learning. I was a total novice, my friend having tried to roll on her own once before, and he was so generous in his attention to everyone there to be sure everyone could really understand each step. Not only that, but he went above and beyond in telling us where and how he shops for his ingredients, telling us what to look for, what to avoid— really wanting to be sure that we felt empowered to do it on our own, at home. I was really grateful for his teaching and would definitely take another class of his!

Well organized and explained, pleasant style, good demonstration of techniques, fun experience.

We had a great time making Better than Takeout Pad Thai! It was very informative and fast paced (not to mention delicious!!). We will be back for other classes with Chef Victor.
