This was SO much fun! I’ve always wanted to try pulling mozzarella, and now I have! Chef Madeline was so great! Very informative, funny, and kind. Her mom was there to help and was awesome, she shared some cheesy jokes, and helped us roll up our sleeves while our hands were covered in cheese 🥹. The cheese was fun to make and tasted good too! Basil, balsamic sauce, and tomato were available for making caprese salad. I think the only way this could be improved would be to have some flaky salt and fresh pepper available too.
