Alvaro was so fun and made the class an amazing experience with his jokes and super helpful demonstrations/explanations, going around to check up on everyone. My boyfriend and I had a blast and the dumplings ended up delicious! The sauce truly was bomb! I see Rachel Ray differently, too now haha

This was such a wonderful experience and great intro to Nikkei cuisine. Chef Alvaro was such a wonderful host and made sure to explain each step well and the significance behind each step. I would love to attend another experience hosted by him.

This was a fun bonding activity to do with my cousin, and both gain new cooking skills. The cost is very reasonable and the location was perfect, just a short walk from penn station. All supplies were provided and we each had our individual stations. Chef Alvaro gave perfect instructions and was very encouraging each step of the way. I look forward to attending and recommending this platform to others.

We had a wonderful time making handmade dumplings with Chef Alvaro. He was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the experience both fun and easy to follow. The dumplings were delicious, and it felt special learning techniques you can actually use at home. Highly recommend this experience!
