Chef Alvaro provided fun, education, classical cooking instruction, engagement and history in one sitting that made everyone feel invited, full and feel at home by the end of the session. I want to highlight the layering of each dish and it made you appreciate the workload encapsulated in creating sushi dishes. Would definitely reccommend!

This experience was wonderful. My partner and I celebrated our anniversary and it was the perfect way to do so. Chef Alvaro was welcoming and very engaging with everyone.
