This was such a wonderful experience and great intro to Nikkei cuisine. Chef Alvaro was such a wonderful host and made sure to explain each step well and the significance behind each step. I would love to attend another experience hosted by him.

The food was delicious, but what made the experience truly amazing was Chef Alvaro. He was kind and funny, and made cooking the food easy. Even though the experience went fast, I never felt like I was being left behind, and he would take the time to help when I had a question. It was incredibly unique, and I feel like I learned a lot, not just about cooking, but Peruvian cuisine as well.
