Baking since childhood and a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Andy has turned his passion into a creative career in cake decorating. Andy’s talents have earned him recognition on ‘Cookie Cupcake Cake’ (streaming on Hulu), where he competed—and won— twice! Andy hopes to inspire others to embrace their creativity through sharing his love and skill for baking and decorating.

The overall experience was great! The proportions were measured out, with the work stations being clean and set up before we got there. Aprons were provided for each person, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Our class had individual people, couples, and large groups- and Andy was accommodating to everyone. The treats themselves tasted great and lead us to wanting to cook them at home for ourselves. 100% would take the class again.

Our chef Andy was so nice and approachable. He has a great manner. I feel I was able to easily learn how to master making cream puffs and eclairs. It was a very fun experience. I highly recommend this class.
