Hands down the best baking class ever! Chef Darnelle is engaging, patient, and makes complex techniques incredibly fun. My focaccia came out perfectly golden, airy, and delicious. Highly recommend if you want to master breadmaking! Thank you for the awesome experience.

Chef D was great! Gentle with her demeanor and informative with the recipe. It tasted great and was an enjoyable experience. Knowing she personally sourced the ingredients was such a personal touch. I loved watching the actual process of making it. It was super fun to get our hands on our own piece of dough and decorate it to our desire. Hyatt was a great place as well; roomy and aesthetic. Would try another class again!

Chef D was great! She was very informative and was very friendly. She also gave a lot of ideas on how to use the dough in different ways. The bread recipe was delicious and I will be making some for my family. This was my first class and I’m definitely looking forward to booking future ones.
