I had the best time. I couldn’t believe how well our Pad See Ew turned out. I definitely want to do another Thai cooking course. Our instructor was so kind and knowledgeable!

The chef, and the class itself were great. Everyone enjoyed and was very happy. The chef noted the gloves provided were not food - grade, which was strange. The hotel should not be used any more. There are massive protests outside which made the experience uncomfortable. Our team had to walk through Union protestors and get heckled to walk in to the hotel. You could hear the protestors at the hotel bar loudly, and you could hear them during the class as well. This part derailed a nice evening. We would consider another event but the location in times square as well as the protestors made the event a little more chaotic than it should've been.

The class was great! The instructor, Saruj, well well organized and made it very easy to follow. I appreciate all of his tips and the cultural details about Thai food and Thailand that he shared. I will certainly recommend it and will likely take another class.

Chef Saruj is personable, professional, and has a wonderful sense of humor that made our evening of learning to cook Thai food such a pleasure. My husband and I enjoyed the experience so much that we were already talking about taking another class before this one was even over! With Chef Saruj’s clear instructions, practical cooking tips, and simple, fresh ingredients, we were able to make papaya salad and Pad See Ew that tasted just as good as our favorite Thai restaurant in New York City. Even better, we now feel confident making these dishes at home and appreciate knowing exactly what ingredients go into them. We would love to see Yum Woon Sen added to the Cocusocial Thai cooking class menu in the future. We would definitely sign up for that class! Thank you Chef Saruj!!!
