Tyrone has been part of the food and beverage industry for over 10 years, working in roles from busser and server to bartender. He began his career in the hotel finance department, but his passion for drinks grew while observing bartenders during his lunch breaks and since then he has expanded his skills to catering, cocktail menu creation, front-of-house training, and teaching bartending classes. He aims to share practical knowledge and real-world experience, helping students gain both skill and confidence behind the bar.

My wife and I got to the location a little early and chef Tyrone was so warm and made us feel really welcome. We had a fun activity round that consisted of a quiz on cocktails before starting the recipe demonstrations. Chef walked us through 4 individual recipes one by one while we got to taste all of them.
We had a blast socializing with other people at the class as well. The entire experience was very enjoyable and it was the motivation we needed to start becoming mixologists! Strongly recommend this to anyone that has been debating coming to these kinds of classes, it’s absolutely worth it!
