Victoria’s passion for teaching led her to a successful career in culinary education, where she has shared her knowledge with aspiring home cooks through recreational cooking classes at respected institutions including Sur La Table in New York City and King Arthur Baking Company in Norwich, Vermont.
Prior to teaching, Victoria spent nearly two decades in the financial sector before deciding to ditch her heels for kitchen clogs and move to Paris to study at Le Cordon Bleu. Upon earning her Culinary Arts Diploma, she trained with several talented chefs at renown restaurant groups including Bernard Loiseau, Alain Ducasse, and Daniel Boulud in France and New York City.
Victoria splits her time between New York City and Vermont where she and her husband enjoy a mountainside retreat with their rescue dogs. When she's not in the kitchen, you'll find her attempting to keep her perennial gardens alive, diving into foreign languages, or honing her meager equitation skills.
