Chef Mike is originally from Wisconsin and has been working in the kitchen space since moving to Nashville in 2016. He's done a bit of everything in the restaurant and bar world — bartending, cooking, management — and even earned his Sommelier status along the way.

In 2021, he teamed up with a friend to launch a seasoning company, making blends and dry rubs for home cooks who want big flavor without a long list of ingredients. In 2025, he took things a step further with his own food truck, serving up smash burgers, hot dogs, and other crave-worthy comfort food.

Whether he's behind the grill, mixing up a seasoning blend, or teaching a room full of aspiring pasta makers, Chef Mike brings a laid-back approach, plenty of experience, and a genuine love of good food and good fun.
