Chef Adrian was straight forward and no nonsense. He gave us good personal instruction when needed. He explained everything thoroughly…..and the finished product was delicious. The venue was appropriate but hard to get to during rush hour. All in all a very nice experience.

Instructor was very knowledgeable and made sure to walk around to each table to offer help and guidance along the way. I don’t think this should be advertised for 2 hours as we finished the class and eating in 1.5 hours but it was a cool experience to create our own sushi and a good date night idea!

It was a great interactive experience by a knowledgeable chef. He was friendly and helpful. He made sure we all knew what to do and took his time with the demonstration. I would definitely do this again!
