She served as Executive Pastry Chef at Craft, the acclaimed restaurant by celebrity chef and Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio, and at the Rustic Canyon restaurant family, including beloved Santa Monica favorites Milo & Olive and Huckleberry. Andrea was great. She had all of our ingredients and equipment prepped for us with easy printed instructions. We were given great instruction and the ability to alter the recipe to our preference. The only issue was the lack of electrical outlets in the room. We were all spread out and having to take turns because the room didn't accommodate everyone, this was not her fault.
