Chef Keisha Prosser, a native of Philadelphia, has over 20 years of experience in the food service industry and 10 years of experience teaching hands-on cooking and baking classes. She has partnered with the School District of Philadelphia, the Free Library of Philadelphia, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and Girard College, where she has taught over 200 boys and girls the basic techniques of cooking and baking. She also loves 80s cartoons, listening to audiobooks while driving to work, and visiting wineries in the summer.

Chef Keisha was absolutely amazing!! She was well prepared, extremely communicative, and lots of fun! We had a fabulous time learning how to make ravioli. Keisha did a great job from prepping ingredients, explaining the process and supervising the execution of the meal execution. She was warm, helpful, and encouraging. After the experience, I felt equipped to repeat the process at home. A fun, tasty, learning experience.
