We loved this class. Chef was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone had a great time!!!

Chef Sadie was fantastic! Not only did she expertly convey the materials and technique, she took time to explain why things worked the way they did. The things I learned in this class led me to developing a breakfast dumpling that my whole family devoured. Thank you Chef Sadie!

Chef Sadie was GREAT! We learned, had fun and my partner and I shared an experience neither one of us had ever experienced before. What could have made the experience better... - class held in a kitchen and we could have cooked all elements of the dish ourselves - had some beverages for us to sip on while cooking (we purchased beverages from the hotel which had hotel prices after paying for the class. :(

We had a fun time and learned a lot! We also really enjoyed chatting with the other people at the class. The dumplings were delicious and Chef Sadie was a great teacher!

Chef Sadie is so cute and fun! We will do this again and soon!
