The Sushi Class given by Chef Mathew was so amazing!! I had a great time in his classroom, as he was very entertaining, a great speaker & and a fantastic presentator. He spoke clearly, and I could see everyone enjoyed themselves as I did. I am a Chef already but I am always trying to enhance my Culinary Arts Skills. Thank you Chef Mathew!!! Chef Zapp Zamudio

It was a fun experience! Chef Matthew gave a perfect class. He was very informative and showed us 3 different sushi items. Also, he said that everything we learned will be emailed to us, so that's a plus!!!

Mathew was super-friendly, entertaining, and educational! I'd made sushi rolls before, but this class was far more engaging, and I attended with more than a dozen friends for a birthday celebration. The techniques and recipes were very approachable, and I'll definitely be bringing some of what I learned into my home kitchen for future yumminess. The location at the AC Hotel Sacramento was beautiful, and the bartender was always ready to help us have an even better time. I highly recommend Mathew and the entire experience.
