Matthew was a great instructor, loved this class

The class was fun and chef Matt was engaging and knowledgeable. I like that he shared the brand of products he used and where you can find them.

We learned a lot in this class and had fun making our dumplings. The only feedback I would give as far as constructive criticism is that we went home hungry. We have taken other cooking classes, other places where you put together a full meal and you eat it as part of the experience. But because this class did not advertise that there would be a meal I am still giving it five stars just something to think about.

Our group had such a fantastic time learning how to make sushi! The experience was fun, hands-on, and surprisingly easy to follow thanks to the amazing chef. Not only were they super knowledgeable but also warm and engaging, making everyone feel comfortable—even those of us who had never rolled sushi before. The sushi itself was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially appreciated that the chef offered to send us the recipe afterward so we could try making it at home. That thoughtful touch really made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and tasty group activity!
