We had a great time. The pace was good, not too difficult, and we went home with lots of delicious cookies. My 10 year old came as well and had a blast!

This class was wonderful. Fran has an impressive background, having been taught at the Cordon Bleu in France. Her personality was charming. She really engaged us all making it fun, and even tried to engage a teenager who I noticed was less than willing to join in with her arms crossed the whole time as she seemed mad at her dad. It all flowed nicely. Next time I’d like to bring a couple of friends, so we could make them together for gatherings.

Fran did an excellent job teaching technique as well as the history of paella's origins. The finished product was delicious.

Chef Frances truly demystified the art of making macarons and completely removed my fear of attempting them at home! After her class, I have a much deeper appreciation for these delicate treats. The best part about learning something new? You walk away with fresh knowledge and newfound confidence—now I can’t wait to bake my own batches! I highly recommend this class to everyone! What a great way to bond with others while learning a new edible craft!
