Miranda has been cooking since the age of three, growing up in a family that valued cooking as a vital life skill. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Nutrition from Central Washington University. While in college, she launched her private chef company, Koto Ga Dekiru, which she has run for the past five years while also working with other chefs and restaurants to create memorable meals. Originally from Washington state, Miranda has lived on Maui with her mom’s family for the past five years. Her passion is cooking, and her mission is to nourish both body and soul through food. Through each class, she hopes to not only cook delicious dishes but also inspire a deeper connection to food and wellness.

We had such a great time in Chef Miranda’s French macaron class with CocoSocial today. She was super professional and clearly knows her stuff, but explained everything in a way that felt easy to follow and not intimidating at all. She took the time to answer questions, shared helpful tips, and made sure everyone felt comfortable along the way. On top of that, her energy really made the class. She brought such good vibes that were warm, upbeat, and fun, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. My wife and I left feeling like we actually learned something and had a great time doing it. Highly recommend taking a class with Chef Miranda if you get the chance!
