Get hands-on with sushi!
Join Chef Brittany for a fun, interactive sushi-making class designed for beginners and sushi lovers alike. You’ll learn how to prepare sushi rice, select fresh ingredients, and master rolling methods. With Chef Brittany’s step-by-step guidance, you’ll gain confidence, have fun, and create delicious rolls.
What You’ll Make:
You’ll roll your way through a guided trio of sushi creations, beginning with the Carolina Temaki as you learn proper hand-roll technique and craft two BBQ chicken–filled temaki. You’ll then create a classic crab salad roll using the inside-out method with a sesame coating, practicing tighter rolling and clean slicing. You’ll finish with the warm, flavor-packed Brewery Dynamite Roll—assembling your baked topping, rolling, and torching—while discovering how heat enhances umami.
