Chef Sharon's passion for cooking began at just eight years old in Tennessee, when a family emergency placed her in charge of the kitchen. What began with baking a few loaves of bread each week quickly evolved into a lifelong love for creating beautiful, nourishing food.
With a diverse culinary repertoire, she has specialized in French, Italian, Mediterranean, Chinese, Mexican, and Southern cuisines—each one offering unique flavors and traditions that continue to inspire her work. In 2016, she proudly graduated with honors from Le Cordon Bleu, a milestone that deepened both her skill set and commitment to culinary excellence.
Chef Sharon's cooking philosophy is rooted in scratch-made meals, pure fats, and wholesome, fresh ingredients—crafting dishes that are both healthful and deeply satisfying. Some of her most cherished memories come from childhood, like the aroma of a Sunday roast drifting through her grandmother’s doorway. It's those simple, joyful moments that she aims to recreate for every guest she cooks for today.
