Fresh Handmade Ravioli

Description

There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself.

If you love fresh ricotta-filled ravioli but don't think you could ever replicate what you would order from a restaurant, this class will prove you wrong. Our experienced Chef Instructor will demystify the process, starting by showing you how to make a delicious and balanced Pomodoro sauce. You'll then be guided step-by-step in replicating the art of ravioli making, from rolling and cutting dough to filling and cooking your ravioli.

This class is BYOB! For those 21+, please feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine to enjoy with your meal.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but guests are invited to bring their own wine or beer.
