Guided by Chef Jason, attendees will master the art of making pasta dough, hand-cutting ravioli, and exploring two classic Italian sauces—pesto-Alfredo and basil marinara—that complement the dish perfectly. Along the way, Chef Jason will demonstrate plating techniques and share tips on sourcing fresh ingredients and essential tools for recreating the experience at home. Designed for all skill levels, this interactive and fun class provides everything needed to craft an impressive pasta dish, with all equipment and ingredients provided.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party, and guests in the same group will collaborate throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but guests are welcome to BYOB (beer or wine).
