Join us for an exciting and interactive ramen-making experience where you'll learn the art of creating your very own delicious bowl of ramen from scratch! Whether you're a ramen enthusiast or a beginner in the kitchen, this class is designed to guide you through every step of the process, from making noodles from scratch to customizing your toppings.
In this fun, hands-on class, you will be guided step-by-step in recreating this popular noodle soup dish, renowned for its rich broth, abundance of noodles and endless toppings! You will begin by making fresh ramen noodles from scratch and different noodle cutting techniques. As your noodle dough rests, you'll learn the foundational knife skills used to chop all of your fresh ingredients. The chef will also explain how to create the perfect vegetable based stock and how to marinate eggs when you recreate the dish at home later. When the noodles are ready, you will build your bowl to your liking to enjoy with your new found foodie friends!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. However, drinks will be available for purchase at the bar. 21+ only
As a culinary expert, Chef Maichole has been perfecting my craft for over 10 years. Her
absolute love for different cuisines has guided her in the direction of sharing her
same excitement to those who do not understand the excellence of food. Her
journey began in culinary arts school when I was 17 years old; From there she
traveled to Spain to train in a 2 star Michelin restaurant. Prior to traveling there, she
started her own private chef business, cooking for those with strict dietary
restrictions. Journeying from Spain, she was presented with an opportunity to work as
a pastry chef in Hawaii - of course she took it! She has been trained by several highly
skilled professionals that have shared their secrets. She believes food is medicine and cooking is her God given gift.
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Outside drinks are not allowed and drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar. 21+ only.
