Chef J will guide you step-by-step through kneading, rolling, and cutting fresh ramen noodles, while breaking down the essential techniques behind building a deeply flavorful, quick ramen broth.
Throughout the class, you’ll also learn how to prepare and balance a variety of ramen toppings, with options for both meat lovers and vegetarians. The focus is on core ramen fundamentals—noodle texture, broth depth, and thoughtful assembly—so you can confidently recreate a crave-worthy bowl at home.
What You’ll Make:

BYOB & Arrival Details
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party, and guests in the same group will collaborate throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are not included in the ticket price, but guests are welcome to BYOB (beer or wine).
