Discover the joy of making fresh pasta and turning into delicious and unique stuffed ravioli.
Learn the art of mixing your own seasoned pasta dough from flour and roll it into thin sheets to shape your ravioli. Next you will make a spinach and artichoke filling and learn two different sauces that pair beautifully with your pasta: Garlic Creamy Sauce and a Buttery Garlic Sauce. You'll also learn how to make a homemade vinaigrette to pair with your side salad! Your end result will surely impress your next dinner guests!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
Chef Keisha Prosser a native of Philadelphia aka Philly. Has over 20 years in the Food Service Industry and 10 experience teaching Hands On Cooking and Baking Classes. Chef Keisha also partnership with The Phila of School District, Free Library of Philadelphia, Children Hospital of Phila and Girard College teaching over 200 boys and girls the Basic Techniques of Cooking and Booking. Some fun Fact about Chef Keisha, she love 80’s cartoons, listening to audiobooks while driving to work, going to winery in the summer.
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Guests with single tickets may be asked to work with another individual or small group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
